Built around the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) framework, this program covers the full AI project lifecycle across six phases: Matching AI with Business Needs, Identifying Data Needs, Managing Data Preparation, Iterating Development and Delivery, Testing and Evaluating AI Systems, and Operationalizing AI. This program is ideal for project managers, business professionals, technologists, and consultants who work alongside or lead AI initiatives. No prior AI or technical background is required, though familiarity with project management fundamentals is an advantage. Skillet’s exam prep package combines PMI’s official 21-hour self-paced online course with a 1-day instructor-led session. The self-paced course must be completed within 90 days, after which you will be eligible to schedule your exam Upon completing the course, you will earn 21 PDUs applicable toward other PMI certification renewals, broken down as follows: 7 PDUs in Business Acumen, 11 PDUs in Ways of Working, and 3 PDUs in Power Skills.
